BioFriends Inc. (CEO Wonjun Cho), which advocates the development and production of carbon-neutral eco-friendly energy, held the 7th regular shareholders' meeting at the DME 2nd plant meeting room in Boeun Industrial Complex, Chungcheongbuk-do, on March 28.

CEO Wonjun Cho said in an operating performance report, "In 2022, sales increased by 65% compared to the previous year (KRW 8.91 billion), resulting in DME sales of KRW 4.86 billion, hydrogen plants of KRW 9.82 billion, and other services of KRW 48 million." In 2023, we set a sales target of 22 billion won. He expressed his determination to do his best to achieve the excess.

In addition, BioFriends Inc. has established △ Boeun Industrial Complex DME 1st Plant stable operation (4,000 tons per year) △ DME 2nd Plant and domestic and foreign sales (70% domestic market, 1,000 tons overseas market △ KOGAS Gwangju and Changwon base hydrogen production base △ DME factory licensing business in Indonesia, Europe, the United States, and other countries.

At the general shareholders' meeting that day, the settlement plan and financial statements were approved, Vice President Wonjae Cho, whose term expired, was re-elected as an in-house director, and Sungho Cho of LX International was appointed as other non-executive directors.

After the general shareholders' meeting, the participating shareholders also had a field trip and question-and-answer session on DME Plant 2, which is currently showing an 80% construction process rate.
